Monroe Chalets

New, convenient, staff was professional and engaged ( recommended restaurants, got directions for us, maid service was very helpful).

This room was walking distance to the track. I will use this hotel for every race I go and watch.

My room was spotless… My minions smelled very fresh… The shower was very clean and water pressurewas good as well. The staff was very attentive. The valet service was awesome. I like that I could call for my car from my room from the app and it be ready when I got downstairs. They were very helpful with removing or placing items in my car. They opened the door for me and everything. I will definitely be staying again.

I enjoyed my time here, clean hotel... but the location right next to a road with very noisy revving cars is a disadvantage. I woke up several times just from that.

Clean rooms with friendly staff. Ruby Tuesday in front of hotel parking lot.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities the hotel offered. The staff was welcoming and we had a great time.

Hotel was not in an area completely surrounded by other hotels. it was quiet and private feeling.

Really great breakfast.

I was on an overnight trip for business. Place is new. Only cleanliness issue was shower grout. Could have been better. Most rentals are like that though.

staff at check-in was rude and not helpful would not check us in until 3pm on the dot. we got there 5 minutes before and the guy told us didnt i tell you 3pm and walked away from the desk not to return until 3pm exactly me and several other guest just looked at each other and shook our heads but Greg and the cleaning staff were the best. always helpful. The room was very large and very very clean. I received a call at checkout from a rude person at front desk threatening to charge for another...

I'm never disappointed when I stay at Springhill Suites no matter where the location is.

The black out blinds were stuck. Besides that great place.

Excellent stay

Our stay was wonderful they offered breakfast and dinner plus 2 free drinks per evening. Our room and the hotel was very clean. They have an indoor pool and spa but the spa the jets weren’t all working that I would say was disappointing but overall a very nice hotel and location.

Friendly staff- clean rooms! I’d definitely stay again!

The property is nice and placate in a nice area convenient to shopping. We had a pleasant experience; however, we did witness a staff member being rude to a family trying to get juice from the breakfast area right at the end of breakfast. She got unnecessarily loud and disrespectful.

We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much to Katie for making sure we got accommodated, even though we came past midnight already and were told there were "overbooking" issues. We originally booked one room with 2 king size beds but were told it was given away. Katie called other partner hotels to try to book us but was declined. After minutes of scouring through computer records, she found us 2 rooms and we were comfortably accommodated. Thank you, thank you! Plus, Charlotte is such a...
