"Our stay was 5/9 -5/10. We were very disappointed that we were not informed when we booked our room and made our spa appointments, that we would not be allowed on property until noon. This was a Mother's Day celebration for my daughters. They both took time off work and made childcare arrangements so we could take full advantage of the spa when it opened at 8:30. I received a call the day before our arrival confirming our appointments and that is when I was informed of the spa's reduced...

"Great location. Good customer service. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. Rooms abut small but comfortable. Good complimentary breakfast and their coffee machine is the best! Kuddos to Jasmin she made sure breakfast was good and kept checking up if we needed anything else. "

"60’s motel that has become a hotel. Nice private terraces. Scruffy, rooms need renovation/updating but overall a very pleasant stay due to lovely fire pits and outdoor bar area. Staff super friendly. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel is so lovely, I really enjoy smaller hotels with personality and vintage style, fabric headboards, crown molding, beautiful tile. It is under a bit of construction and our room overlooked the scaffold and parking lot which was a bummer. The staff is very accommodating and thoughtful - they agreed to switch our rooms, and sent me a bottle of wine and chocolates for my birthday! I loved being able to walk out o to the Main Street for shopping and dining. I will stay in this hotel again. "

"Fantastic, and quiet stay in Santa Barbara. Easy walking to wharf, State Street, food and just drinking in the natural beauty of the beach all the way down to East Beach. CJ and Ben were great hosts, friendly and knowledgeable. Spend some time chatting with them. The suite was clean and comfortable, my only complaint was the creaky bed springs. I loved hearing the water fountain outside my window at night and smelling the sea air. Lovely and I will be back. "
