“Great place to stay. Bed and Breakfast in an old, updated house. New mixed in with old. Air conditioning worked great. Made to order breakfast from a number of choices was wonderful. Nice, friendly owner was very accommodating.”

“gorgeous place up in the woods. you wont see a neighbor or traffic. nice little brook out back with an excellent sound. Front porch rockin' chairs were a favorite. Franklin WV is 4 miles away with a few restaurants and groceries if you care. Kitchen was great and had all the necessary things. turn off all the lights and step outside at night and it is pitch black except for the stars. WIFI was very handy and TV had Samsung streaming apps.”

“Wonderful home on beautiful grounds. Wonderful cazebo overlooking a creek boardering the rear of the property. Sandra met us shortly after we arrived inviting us in like family with a tour of the house and our room. Breakfast was marvelous with all you could want. ”

It was extremely clean. The area was quiet. The only thing we regret is not being able to sit on the porch because it was too chilly. Would absolutely recommend. ”
