"Absolutely beautiful hotel with little surprises throughout! The room was large with a section couch and well stocked mini bar. The bar was beautiful! The happy hour, the cute little breakfast basket… all so well done. And the service was impeccable. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, kind, and happy to help!"

"Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind."
