Montvale Residences

Excellent in every way. Chris, at checking was very helpful and Courtney Adams was really outstanding. Could not have been better ..personnel made it for us at a time we were really tired and appreciated it the most.😊

Beautiful hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready to go when we arrived.

The staff at the front desk had little to any customer service skills sadly they were too busy talking amoungst themselves. The hotel had a pool and the path from the pool to anywhere in the lobby was completely wet.

The Beds are pheonomal

Big windows !

I little outdated and too close to the highway, you can hear the cars

Great spot to stay and then half hour into the city. Right off the exit and easy back to the highway. Only stayed for a few hours but place looks great with a nice pool and restaurant. Very cool, looks like an old warehouse. Will definitely be back!

For the price and location it is fantastic. It is centrally located to everything in Paramus. Been staying at this hotel 3-4 times a year for the past 5 years! Always consistent.Clean, safe and nice staff.

It was great

Everything about this hotel was great: check-in was easy, the room was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the staff was really friendly and helpful. An example: I asked one of the women who was keeping things clean in the breakfast are what the flavor of the two muffins were. (Did I mention that there was a full breakfast?) A few minutes after answering, she came back to tell me that they also had blueberry in the back, if I was interested. Above and beyond!

Very good . Very nice and helpful staff . Room very clean . Grounds clean also . Awesome breakfast

Only complaint i have is like every other hotel they take a deposit for the room $100 instantly out of your account but after you leave you have to wait 7 to 10 days to get money back if they can take it that quickly then put it back just as fast

The property was lovely. Quiet and staff was great.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly!

Very nice lodging across the street from a riverside park and walking trail.

Everything was fine. The breakfast was pretty lame, but was as advertised. I have learned, and so should you, not to just go on the overall rating on this website, but pull up the recent reviews. That's what tells the story. I eliminated several other hotels before landing on this one and consequently booked two rooms for coworkers the following week. I had no issues at this hotel and the recent reviews accurately reflect the experience you should expect.
