Sparkling clean. Everything we needed was there for us. The floors were clean however we did feel a slightly sticky film. It could have been some leftover cleaner because the floors were clean.

Had to call them twice to get it squared away. Someone got pretty loud screaming and fighting in the hallway but that happens ...
