"The staff at the riad/spa are amazing. I was at the end of my trip and feeling sick and they arranged for a doctor for hire to come in. I was so grateful. The kitchen staff are lovely and same with the hammam & spa. I don’t know if I’ve stayed anywhere that made me feel so taken care of - this isn’t even speaking to how beautiful the space is and how convieniently located it is either!"

"Amenities are five star, disappointed that my room wasn’t clean when I arrived and then never cleaned again during our stay. Quite far out from the centre of Marrakech, about 25mins in taxi, use InDrive application to order taxis too. Benefits of being out of town are you can chill and forget the mayhem in the medina. "

"From the moment I walked into this lovely hotel, I was impressed. The lobby is absolutely beautifully decorated. Very opulent. Minal, the front desk receptionist was warm and welcoming. Anas, the bellman was kind and greeted us with a smile as he helped us with our luggage.The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. Very attentive. The breakfast buffet was by far the best breakfast buffet I’ve had at any hotel. It was plentiful and delicious. My room was beautifully decorated, and well appointed. I loved how the touches of gold complimented the dark wood. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.I did have a minor leak in the bathroom, but it was taken care of very quickly. The marble shower was a nice touch. I loved this hotel so much I decided to return for a few more nights. I promise you if you book this hotel, you will not be disappointed. The hotel is located on a very busy street in Casablanca but it’s very walkable and easy to navigate. There are also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I love the location. I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I’m in Casablanca. I absolutely love this hotel. "

"The hotel is well situated in a lively area with a shopping mall. It is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Around the area are restaurants, shops, etc. It is also very accessible to all sorts of transportation. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful and welcoming.
