"What a truly great place to get away from the city! We loved how it had its own private beach, and slept so peacefully to the crashing waves. The two-story cabin was quite cozy and had everything we needed. The swing, hammock, and fire pit are all nice touches that we mostly made the most of (county fire ban). Kitchen lights that dim set the mood for dinner. Host Kevin responded promptly to messages. Highly recommend! We would just caution entering the lake as we found broken glass and metal debris that had washed up. "

"Rick was a great host - welcomed us and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The cabin was ideal for a weekend getaway with pretty much every thing you’d need. Nothing extravagant but comfortable and clean. Although the lake level was down (which Rick had previously told us so it wasn’t a surprise), it was still very serene and the paddle boat was great to just get out on the water. The dock was enjoyable to sit and relax in the evening - the swings were perfect. Great place that I would highly recommend. "

"Everything was fantastic! This VRBO had more pots and pans, kitchen, utensils, and a full spice rack, which I have never seen before in a rental.The deck and lake are picturesque. It wasn’t quite cool enough for a fire, but the fire pit is perfectly situated beneath the stars.All in all five stars aren’t enough to give this property! I can’t wait to go back."
