“Room was not equipped, we had to go ask for items normally in rooms (ice buckets, cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc.). Maybe they have had issues with loosing items in the past. The room provided what we needed, a place to stay for the night on Route 66 trip.”

“We checked in. And within the hour checked out. It smelled like cat urine, mildew and smoke. Stairwells looked like it belonged in an inner city housing project complex. Notice on the desk stated locals that were staying required a 100$ deposit, makes you wonder if they offer by the hour rates. The staff made everyone in the entire party of 4 uncomfortable and unsafe. ”

“Hotel is under renovations, which i can tell has made massive improvements to the property and they have a little to go to complete them. Service was very nice. Our completed room was flawless. The breakfast buffet was good...just wished the juice machine worked as they then only had water for the kids to drink. Overall considering renovations, was good and would stsy here again.”

“Sadly, my wife made the discovery that the sheets in our bed were dirty sheets that even included blood spots on them. I’m not talking stained sheets, they literally were soiled with fresh blood spots. The guy at the front desk did change rooms for us but both rooms had a very musty smell. ”

“Pool was not operating, the only reason we chose that hotel. Would have been nice to know before booking. Beds were comfy. Basic continental breakfast. Hotel/ Room had a musty smell. Quiet location”

“The room was nice and the food was amazing, breakfast was great as well. My only issue was I had booked a handicapped accessible bathroom and did not get one. They were not able to change up my room as they gave it to another person in our group that was not needing that type of room. ”

“I had to ring the bell two times to get someone to come to the front desk. In the room there was food in the fridge and microwave. There was stuff spilled all over the wall and the dresser. Bed was clean, bathroom was ok, and check out was easy”
