“I am 73 years old and have stayed in hotels, motels, VRBO's including prestigious resorts. When I walked into our room (#3) I immediately noted personal attention to many items that made the room more comfortable. "During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
