"Hotel was clean but we were told it was a love hotel that also offered rooms by the hour. Found things in room we weren’t used to and although it was a clean room we felt we should have been told ahead of time."

"The interior was very beautiful. However, the location is complicated and may be difficult to find."

"Fantastic place to stay at, highly recommend. We had meals included and it was great. If you want to experience an Onsen as a foreigner this is a great place to do it at."

"It‘s a bit of the beaten path and not fancy but the staff is super friendly and helpful. If you get a room looking out over the lake you can see Mt Fuji from your bed if it’s not hiding."
