Two floor level condo; living room, dining room, kitchen, ½ bath and laundry room on main level. 2 bedroom, 2 baths on upper floor. Large screened lanai with lake view accessible from living room or dining room. Covered parking. Large community pool (serves only 24 units, most days like having your own pool) just steps away. Internet and cable included. Guest bedroom has tub/shower. Master has a walk in shower.
