"This property worked very well for our 5-person gathering of unrelated adults (friends, not couples). The bedrooms accommodated all of us without difficulty; we did not need the rollaway. The common spaces worked very well for our conversations and meals, and the screened porch was great on warm late afternoons. We appreciated that the kitchen had the basics (some oil, coffee, salt/pepper that can be missing from many rentals. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the easy access from US-1....

Location is far enough back from the road to be safe for all ages, but off a busy road near a school and park- feels like a suburban neighborhood rather than a beach vacation spot. "This property was perfect for our family of 11. We had plenty of sleeping space and the kitchen was very well supplied with all the necessities. We spent a lot of time on the patio. We walked to local restaurants and along the sea wall to see the beautiful ocean scenery. Very short drive to the beach with its soft sand and crystal clear water. Traveled to Newport, Jamestown and Wickford which were all short drives away. We would love to stay here again with its perfect location!"
