“We loved the location and clean facility. Room # 32 was emailed to us as an upgraded room with more charge. We got there, the room was very cold, heater worked poorly, no desk, no chair to sit on. No dun coming through. We had handicap sticker, climbing mall that stairs was very difficult. Definitely this room was not an upgrade!!!!!!!! When we first arrived the receptionist was not warm and welcoming. We asked to change room for next day. They changed it. Better toom.”

“Staff very unfriendly. Helpful but unfriendly. More importantly: zero soundproofing between rooms. Could hear both the music and conversation word for word of the room next door until midnight when I finally got hotel staff.”

“Dirty shower curtain hair on beds on sheets Air from heat was musty smelling. The mattress gave me horrible back ache i was so disgusted that we were ready to go and sleep in the car. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out. It was a nightmare. I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me.”

“I only stayed one night, but it was impressive! The staff was so welcoming..even gave me a tour of the Inn, as it is steeped in history. Dinner was great, I ordered the salmon and it was delicious. I sat at the bar as I was a solo traveler. The barmaid was very welcoming, as were all the "regulars" who showed up to eat and drink. My room was clean and comfortable. Be aware...there are no tv's in the rooms (I did not mind). There is plenty of easy parking in the lot.”

“Loved my little apartment style accommodation which was also doggie friendly!!! Location was fantastic, Staff were kind and very helpful! Parking was very convenient across the street and one could walk anywhere for dinner, waterfront...little bistros on a side street..... Cliff walk and the Mansions were a few blocks away....St. Mary's and Bellevue Avenue also within walking distance..... Window shopping on Thames... it's all right there!!!! Rooms very clean and maid service was great!!!”

But it will not fail to Wow you! The staff is once again absolutely amazing. They are efficient, engaging, and go out of the way to make you feel special and welcomed. The rooms are simply decorated perfectly. The on-site restaurant is amazing and every meal is a memorable experience the weight staff at……
