Due to Nashville Ordinance, I can only advertise a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.

HOWEVER, I do have multiple homes, so please inquire to see if I can fit your group size and length of stay.

Welcome to Nashville! This brand new home offers the best experience Nashville has to offer. It's one of the largest & most spacious homes in the area. The open floor plan gives everyone in your party plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The large bonus room is comfortable and cozy for large groups to hang out. The kitchen is modern, with sleek appliances and has an island for extra seating. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes and drink ware, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious to make it easy for large groups to get ready. There is a beautiful back deck with lounge seating and gas fire pit and a upper front deck with additional seating. The house is a 7-10 minute Uber or taxi ride to Broadway. This is one of the largest/nicest AirBnB properties in all of Nashville and I'm certain you will love it!

Beautiful Spacious House and Great Location!

We rented this house for a long weekend and absoutely loved it. It was beautiful and spacious with beautiful walk in closets and plenty of room for the 5 ladies in our group. Great locations as it is about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Our first trip to Nashville and it was one for the books. I would love to stay here again if and when we come back to visit.

We traveled to Nashville for a football game with 4 teenage boys. The property was great with plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book here again!

We came to Nashville from Illinois with our friends to celebrate our friend's daughter's 21st birthday! This house is nothing short of amazing! Jill was awesome about communicating! This home was perfect for our family of 9 (all adults). Lots of room to spread out. Could have used a 3 bathroom for group size, but bathrooms were spacious and modern. Owner responded to questions quickly. Just far enough out of busy areas but close enough to go back and forth. Would highly recommend to others and would stay here again!

This house was incredible. We were a group of four couples visiting Nashville for the first time. The location was so convenient to downtown, just a quick Uber ride. The beds were comfortable, lots of space to hang out as a group or get away from the group if needed. Definitely worth the money and we would book this house again in a heartbeat!
