“Cue little place to crash for one night in Chicago. Neighborhood is very nice and parking on the street was not an issue. Entry was easy, owner was communicative. The only issue I had was getting connected to the wifi, my phone was not able to connect to it for whatever reason even after I put in the provided password but it was not a big deal for me personally. Place was clean and nicely decorated and the property was easy to enter from the back of the building, the lockbox code was……

“We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. Only 1 of the 4 stovetops worked, which was not resolved.The positives were the free and easy parking, convenient location, and simple, hassle-free check-in and……

“This is a very lovely home, beautifully decorated, with charming stained glass windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while exploring the city of Chicago. The host was easy to communicate with and very quickly fixed an issue of the front door not unlocking for us upon our return from the city. Would recommend staying here, and if we are ever back in this area, I would look into staying here again.”

“Property was not what I expected it was very big very well kept up a lot of things to do a lot of space a lot of bedrooms and right across the park so that was very convenient and the neighborhood itself is very beautiful and we were a little bit late checking out but they were understanding definitely be coming back”

“Great little place not far from downtown. Clean apartment and a comfortable bed. Daughter slept on the couch and said it wasn't too bad. Everything worked as expected with no issues. Can hear people walking up the steps from time to time but overall pretty quiet. Took some time to find a parking spot but not the host's fault. Overall a great experience and would stay again.”
