“The staff were courteous on arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful building before showing us to our room. The house and surrounding environment were superb. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night. Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady. We enjoyed our brief stay very much and would recommend it to others. ”

“I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. I cant wait to return. Top boutique hotel I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so glad I booked here! ”

“Located in a quiet corner but within minutes of walk to the station and attractions. May need some little time to locate at first as the location is not really very touristy. “Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay.”

“是一間古老的旅館，感覺會充滿著故事，一樓的酒吧也是櫃檯，早餐、晚餐、啤酒都很棒！但也由於是古老的旅館，所以隔音效果會差一點，但是整體來說並不會造成太大的影響，畢竟無法知道何時外頭會有喝太多酒的人在街上大喊大叫。而且我們很喜歡它的位置，就在城圍邊，好有味道！並且走路到約克大教堂不到三分鐘的距離，走到火車站大約10-15分鐘，整體來說真的很方便！”
