“This is the cleanest property I've ever stayed at. The location was perfect and in walking distance of everything. Being right on the beach was awesome. Sunsets were amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive. The pool was huge and literally 81 degrees and great for laps. I will for sure be back!!”

“It was a nice peaceful hotel in a charming town. My only complaints were I couldn't get access to the streaming apps on the TV because it looked like the previous guest was still signed on. Even though according to the guest information binder, guests are signed out when they check out. And the volume button did not work, I ended up just streaming on my phone because the TV was too loud and I didn't want to disturb the neighbors. Also, the guest binder said pilot light is always lit but it was……

“We had to leave and stay at a different hotel due to the unsanitary conditions at Whitehall Cottages. The bed had dirt and hair on the sheets and all around the mattress. There’s no staff on the property and the owner didn’t respond back until later in the evening after we were already checked in to a different hotel. When I asked for a refund I was told he couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia…”
