"The check-in was horrible. We are a family of 6 with 3 kids and we had to wait for 1 hour in the lobby to get checked in. We were told to sit and wait that someone will come get us. We were sitting and waiting; freezing ( the lobby is so cold) and no one communicated with us. After 1:15 minutes of sitting, I went to the front desk to check the status and the young lady said "oh your room is ready! sorry " while we all were sitting in front of the lobby with restless 2 years old kid. Horrible! once we went to our room, it was great room and perfect location! "
"It was amazing. The first night our room temp was 75 so they brought us a fan and then moved us to another room the next day. It is located right in the center of many sites."
