“Beautiful view of the lake and trees in nature. Nice layout of cabin for the size and camping neutral decor. Several things had not been cleaned. Spilled milk in refrigerator and pancake batter all over interior trash lid. The loft bedding was not clean and neither was the couch bedding. Cleaning service needs to do better. Host kindly refunded half of cleaning fee. I would have expected all of cleaning fee refunded just because I’m not sure what was done. We put down our own blankets and laid……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in spite of the rainy weather. We got rained out of golf Friday but were able to play Saturday. The location is perfect, the house spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Our hosts were so responsive and welcoming which made the weekend stress free. Thank you!”

“We came to Michigan from Texas for three weeks, looking for cool weather in August. The cottage was supplied with the necessities. We enjoyed reading or having a glass of wine on the patio while watching the river. It was peaceful on weekdays as we watched the loons, eagles and herons.
