“Let me start off by saying that we had a wonderful stay at the Mantra PortSea. The staff at the Mantra PortSea were fantastic. The apartment was clean and big enough for our family of five. We had the sofa bed converted to a bed for our stay. We had a small kitchen that meant we were regular visitors to Coles to buy some food and drink for our stay. “This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool.
