“Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. ”

(I think every hotel in this area is way too old and heavily utilized because of the base) This was my first time staying in a hotel like this one, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was traveling solo this trip and I felt pretty safe in the area. The stayAPTsuites were secure, so I was comfortable. I like the full kitchen aspect . I was able to reheat food in an oven, which for me, expanded my options for dinner. The staff was friendly……
