“Check-in was smooth and the staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast selection was impressive and tasty. That said, the room fell short on cleanliness the shower was especially dirty. One of the beds lacked sheets and a blanket, and the pull-out mattress was so old and sagging that the springs were visible. The pool area was nice and clean.”

“Our host was gracious and took care of our problems. She was assessable and followed through. My mistake was not asking about steps. I am not able to handle steps at 82 and bad knees-that was my error. Overall it was a nice stay”

“The property is pretty rundown. There were signs of water damage, very dated furnishings and poor housekeeping in our room - after the front desk hyped it up to be a super sought-after room. The entire building looks like it could use a solid scrub down. The continental breakfast was honestly a joke. The room was expensive for what it was.”
