“We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.”

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”

The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.”

“Check in staff Julianna was very friendly and helpful. But we found the safe locked. We had to call the front desk twice before the so called engineer showed up. He looks very young and doesn't look like what he was doing. He put a code in which didn't open the safe. He said it is broken and had to be replaced and he cant do anything tonight. I had this problem in other hotels and they usually fixed it for me. Then the next day the cleaners took our towels but forgot to leave fresh ones. We had……
