"We all had a very nice day. We had a sister that was having heart surgery and staying. There was close to the hospital. Everybody was very kind and respectful from the beginning to the end receptionist to waitress to housekeeping thank you all it was a very good experience."

"Beautiful property, nice pool. We had a relaxing stay. Restaurant is great, the whole place has warm vibe. They have valet service to park car, even charged my electric car overnight, kudos to them. The highlight of our trip is hotel staff. I had lost my ring (gold/diamonds) which I realized after checking out and was really not sure if I lost it in hotel or outside and even lost track of when I lost it. But had informed front desk to look out for it just in case. 4 hours later we get the call - they had found it. An amazing example of above and beyond and a reminder to all that hospitality is not just about making a business run. They have a proper system to manage lost and found - there is a service that can ship the item to you. We are so happy that we had this positive experience and our best regards with the hotel folks.
