Overall, staff was very nice. Some went above and beyond. A lot of entertainment as well. Kids show and adult show every night. The kids club was one of the best I’ve seen. Kids can be dropped off, if 3 years old. Or parents can hang out with them inside the kids club. The entire resort is very clean and new. Great water temp and pressure in hotel rooms. Free ocean activities, snorkeling, kayaks, paddleboards and pedal boats. Negril is a short drive if wanting to get off compound. $40 each way for a taxi seemed to be the “non rip off” tourist price. Bedding is thin, no robes or slippers for regular guests. The beach is pretty, but not walkable beyond the resort, or at least not recommended to do so. Food was okay, you won’t go hungry. The coffee shop wasn’t good. Pools were not cleaned frequently enough or had bad filtration, we had a swim up suite and besides dumping of chemicals, in 5 days we never saw someone physically clean it once and it showed. Would I personally stay here again? No. But if there was a really good deal I would maybe recommend to friends with kids. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montego Bay!"
