Table Mountain Casino Resort

Table Mountain Casino Resort

8/10 Good
"The hotel check in lady name Marvel lacks professionalism, customer service skills, and hotel check in experience. She was unable to process payment, multiple reservations, or even selecting room accommodations without asking for assistance. After 7 hours of drive time, this was not the service we anticipated. Our first time there and she didn’t even greet us nor knew how to handle check in. The process took 37 minutes for her to complete the transaction, with an assurance from another hotel worker. She definitely needs to be retrained or transition to another position. The hotel was beautiful and Amenities and room layout was beautiful and clean. However, having Marvel as the first point of contact at time of check in was a DISAPPOINTMENT‼️"
