"The hotel was gorgeous but it was expensive. The staff was great. Fridge and bottled water in the HUGE room. The beds were amazing and a great selection of pillows. The only drawback is that there’s not a lot around the hotel. No corner stores or places to buy snacks. We walked everywhere and used the public transit trains. I was easy for us with no mobility issues. However if would be difficult for anyone with limitations. It’s a bit out of the way and it a steep walk up from the station. There’s also a lot of homeless people camping across the street. Very visible from the room we were in. I’d not stay here if I were on my own. I suppose one could use uber but we’ve not done that. We walked everywhere. This could be expensive for someone who isn’t mobile. We came for the games at t-mobile. We came down by a track train from Canada - and the hotel was a good walk from there. "

"An older building that’s well maintained, this hotel has everything you need and the price per night is reasonable. Free bikes to borrow. Complimentary snacks, coffee and tea in your room. Fresh coffee in the lobby starting at 6 am. Free shuttle to the pier. Definitely a good choice for pre-cruise stay. "
"Our stay here was amazing. The hotel was clean and had everything we could have needed. The bidet was a surprising and nice touch. The staff were very accommodating. It was in a great location with lots near by including rental cars and public transportation. We had a great view of the city. I couldn’t recommend more. "
"We were in the executive 2 bedroom suite and loved the balcony and enjoyed coffee and cocktails out there, taking in the view each morning and evening. The beds were super comfy, the room was very clean and spacious. Our teenagers made good use of the pools and gym. Walkable to the space needle or pikes. We will be back!"
"The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The security in the elevator was comforting knowing that only people staying on that same floor could select that floor. The entire place was so clean and quiet. The room was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed. It was just missing a bathroom fan!"
"Really wonderful place great customer service fantastic location. Came in late at night was greeted by staff who couldn't have been friendlier. Did not know that this was a dog friendly hotel so be prepared for that if that bothers you. When we walked into the room there was a noticeable order, but it dissipated quickly and did not bother us for our stay. But if that's something that really bothers you just be aware. Everything was lovely really very very nice place. The pickup to the port was super easy and that level of service from somebody outside the hotel was impeccable even offered to come and pick us up on the way back which took away some of our stress level for our return. I would definitely recommend to stay here. "
"When noting that a blow dryer was missing from the bathroom, they brought me one within 5 minutes. All staff that we encountered was very friendly & attentive"
