"My room was not clean at all. The restaurant is closed for 2 weeks, and only because they can’t/won’t staff it; and all the stuff for sale clogging up the lobby and all over the walls really cheapens the history and reputation of a once majestic hotel. It’s a shame that the non-local owners appear ..."

"This place had the feel of home, very comfortable and spacious. Nice kitchen with all the things we needed. Also a gas grill out back was handy for the steaks we grilled. Sofas were plush and put me to sleep. I hope to return."

"Great property and as described. Nice view of the lake from the front porch. Gas grill on back porch. Clean with a nice amount of space for our 8 person crew (4 adults and 4 kids). Quick drive to the grocery store and the marina. We would stay here again."
