“We spent a couple days exploring the Buffalo River area and were looking for a nice hotel to base our trip out of. The lobby looks immaculate in the pictures, and the lobby was probably the best feature of the hotel. The staff wasn’t terribly helpful, the rooms were small and oddly arranged, their breakfast consisted of granola bars, there was no convenient food reasonably close, and the rooms felt dated and worn. “When you book a room at my place, you get a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator that has no ice until you get there and turn it on and wait an hour and a half to get seven cubes of ice. Also, there’s only one lamp in the whole room and one light switch that turns on five lights across the whole room. Had to go next-door to another hotel to get a bag ice. why not either provide ice or leave the ice maker on in the room before somebody gets there?”

“I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”
