"Room was relatively clean, but updated linens are needed there was a hole in the sheet. Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away. Do not recommend. Also the girl said it was "always a problem if you book through Expedia.""

"The apartment was spotless and exactly as listed. Trudy was very nice and wanted to do everything in her power to be accommodating as possible! Their restaurant downstairs is a must! The next time we stay in this area I will be sure to check for availability."

"We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better."
