"At 3am in the morning couldn’t flush toilet had to move to a room on other side of floor then the elevator wouldn’t go dn to 1st floor spoke to the lady who said she was a mgr wasn’t apologetic at all about none of the situations told me jst put the elevator on hold & the other one would com up to 3rd floor this was after I walked dn 3 flights of steps I was told by the same mgr that she would giv me $25. off per night which I’m waiting to receive so I won’t b stayn at the Country Inn Suites hotel in Princeton WVa any more"

"Most wonderful and friendly staff but u had so many glitches with housekeeping that dampens my spirit about the place. I ask for extra towels (tip of $7)- and ask the GM in the hallway and hear her even walkie talkie about it & no towels. Next day no service and the next day they left me without ANY toilet tissue. That’s too many misses. "

"Hotel not too bad but definitely probably the loudest one I’ve ever stayed at. I could hear people’s conversations clearly as they walked by my hotel room. "

"Breakfast was good.. lady was very helpful in getting food for you and kept everything very clean and stocked. Our room was clean and the check in person was very friendly. Couldn’t find the morning person rang bell but ended up just dropping keys and leaving. Another gentleman was also waiting. "
