“Overall a good experience”

“We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better.”

“Staff very friendly. Restaurant food /bar was delicious and entertainment a nice surprise. Needs a remodel.”

“Great place to stay for an overnight. Nice staff, clean property, great price. No ice machine, no big deal!”

“Clean, no-frills room with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The property is aged but perfect for a comfortable stay at a budget price. I especially appreciated the great water pressure in the shower--it's hard to wash long hair in a trickle! The included breakfast is basic but was sufficient to get my day started (although my GF friend had to make other arrangements). Close to everything, easy to access from the highway.”

“Room was relatively clean, but updated linens are needed there was a hole in the sheet. Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away. Do not recommend. Also the……

“The first room was not cleaned and had to change rooms that room the key wouldn’t work so we had to change again and in that room the tv would not work and there was one wash rag pretty bad in the morning went to check out and no one around I walked around looking but no one so I left the card key on the counter and left. Please go somewhere else!!”

“Breakfast was simply being Sunday but fine. Queen bed was a little uncomfortable for two people.”

“Property isn’t super attractive and it’s right by some stores and apartments so I was afraid of noise. But we have a very pleasant stay here. It is economy. Decor not great. Hallways dingy. But room, while dark, was quiet and clean. Slept great. For an overnight stay it was fine. Close to a biscuit place for breakfast. Parking easy. Staff member at front desk was friendly and helpful. Unusual to find economy hotel with queen beds which fit our group better than full beds. Appreciated that. ”

“Excellent Staff, Remodeled Clean Room; All electrical and mechanic al systems intact. Few Amenities . Prefer to have water available rather than Coffee”

“I was on the ground floor and could hear every step in the room above including the floor and ceiling creaking with every step. I do not normally complain, but when you guys give a property a “good” rating and that doesn’t match the experience at all, that’s concerning. ”

“Sheets were not cleaned. No toilet tissue at all !!! No coffee. Not as advertised at all. Lots of broken things inside. ”
