"We came into town from Ohio for a family reunion. This house was perfect for my children to have a Kansas experience. The host was very easy to communicate with and welcomed us with fresh farm eggs and corn. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We even used the grill. I really enjoyed sitting outside both mornings and nights and listening to nature. We are planning on coming back next year."

"The house was perfect for our family of four for a long holiday weekend! All of the rooms were extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great to be able to walk downtown and the riverwalk! Susan was very easy to communicate with. This is a great rental in Atchison! Would highly recommend and will be renting again!"

"We were impressed with the house.. It had everything we needed— except a box of Kleenex. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked, except the wi-fi had its moments. This was our first experience with the b&b scene. We were able to bring together the family instead of staying in a hotel and meeting now and then. The dishes aren’t really microwave safe, bring paper plates. The best thing about the house was the atmosphere. There is no “baggage”. It is tranquil. Quiet. If you are stressed and need a place to relax this is it."
