“Clean and comfortable”

“When I booked through Expedia I chose a listed room with 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. When I arrived at the hotel the room only had 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper, no sofa at all. I asked the clerk about this and was told they removed the sofa sleepers when the hotel was remodeled. Evidently Expedia data is not kept up to date. This will be the last time I book through Expedia. Very displeased with the result which meant we were stuck with a room with inadequate sleeping and two men had to……

“Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly and efficiently by hotel staff. The hotel lobby was clean. However, my room on the first floor was not in the best repair. The bathroom floor was extremely wet and dirty footprints could be seen in a couple of places. The toilet seat was loose and fell off the commode. The carpet in the room was wet and odorous. The beds were well made, sheets and blankets were clean, but the mattress was sunken in the middle and not comfortable. The floor in the sleeping area……
