“Loved the location, hotel, and cleanliness of the property. The room was good-sized, comfortable, and easy to go outside. The only thing is the valet and bellman system. You have to check in, go back to the valet, give him your room number, then have to wait 20 minutes with my stuff on the sidewalk for a bellman to show up. There are no carts for you to take your own stuff to your room if a bellman is not available. They need to fix this system, as I was not the only one waiting for a long……

“Overall, it was a nice trip. Voyagers dining experience was excellent. However, the one major downside to our trip was maintaining the cleanliness of our room. We had multiple days of our stay in which the housekeeping team skipped over our room completely. We routinely ran out of towels, had excess trash in the room receptacles and slept on soiled bedding from previous nights.
