"Check in was fast and efficient and the staff member (a former concierge at another hotel) gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The room was as expected but there were no vanity curtains so I felt the office block next door could see straight in to the room. The toiletries were first class but the towels smelt burnt the room was serviced well and on time while we were out. We did not try the hotel restaurant or room service. The hotel is very well placed for the rail and bus system and close access to all the famous landmarks."

"The property was good no issues. Bed was comfortable, tea coffee was available at 6.30am until 11.30pm. Room was quite. Suggestions: would suggest tea and coffee facilities in the room would be convenient as we had a late checkin. Rooftop space was well laid out. Hotel convenient to downtown and ongoing transport. This is an ex hostel converted to hotel but ambience is still one of a hostel."
