Girls Getaway

We had the best time, just a short walk to the beach! The accommodations were perfect - one of the most well stocked kitchen I have seen. We also appreciated having plenty of seating and the ability to stream to the smart TV. The beds and pillows were super comfy, which is something that is often hard to find in a vacation rental.

Perfect Oceanside Getaway - Steps from the Beach!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in our Oceanside escape. The location was unbeatable - just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation rental in Oceanside!

Great location!

This is a good location along the beach! Proximity to Harbor and Downtown is perfect since we don’t rent a car. We like to walk so it is very convenient !

Really nice home, amazing location!

Fantastic Condo

This is a fantastic condo! Bright, clean, and comfortable. Its just a short walk to the beach. We loved the deck with the ocean view! The hosts are responsive to questions. I cannot recomend this stay enough!

Very nice condo

We were in town visiting family and had a pleasant stay at this condo. David was quick to respond and the place has everything you will need. The facilities are well kept and we had a great time.

I e stayed in B building numerous times and was impressed with A building, but mostly the unit itself was the best I've stayed in. Host was pro active in communication. Unit was up to date, clean, cimfy, well stocked. Did appreciate "Alexa" .

Nice, clean condo, good location, steps to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, and the amenities the condo had to offer. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The side ocean view from the condo balcony was great, and listening to the ocean waves all night was fantastic. We also loved the convenience of walking everywhere, from the condo. And, how close we were to the beach Overall we had a great stay, and enjoyed being in Oceanside.

Very nice place with partial oven view

It was a pleasure staying at this condo. Awesome view of the ocean from the balcony! They have few things for the beach such as surfing boards, chairs and an umbrella. It was a nice experience. Thank you

Everything about our stay was amazing! It was nice that there was a parking garage underneath. The grounds to the villa were beautiful… and the sun sets right on the beach that you can see from your window or walk 1 minute to. The villa itself is outstanding. It was clean and fully functional and just as pictured in the picture. Everything you need for a fully functioning kitchen is there. We were so so so happy with our stay!

Beautiful Condo!

Our friends stayed at this same unit couple of years ago, they didn’t recognize it when they walked in this time. The owner did a beautiful job with renovations . Love that our kitchen was fully equipped, from pots and pans to blender, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker. The place was spotless with a beautiful interior. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Amazing sunset view

Overall great experience. Great location with awesome ocean views. Portable air conditioner was a great addition to the unit. Secure parking in a covered garage is very convenient. Very nicely decorated unit . Surprisingly quiet for such a large complex. Great restaurants that are walking distance from the unit. Beach is steps from the unit. .

Perfect location!

We loved everything about this place! The checkin/check out process was super easy and the host was always so accommodating and quick to answer all my questions. You felt welcomed as soon as you entered with a gift basket and an electronic sign welcoming you by name! So thankful it had an a/c unit you can hook up in the bedroom. The underground wide parking spaces were so nice. Our favorite was how close you are to the sand. You walk out the door from the building and you are 40ft from the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place!!!!

Our first time using VRBO and we picked the perfect condo, location and owners to rent from. The Condo was super nice and relaxing. Got to sit out on the patio and watch and listen to the ocean waves while drinking tea and after a long day went to the jacuzzi to rest and relax. I always have a hard time sleeping at night but not here. The bed was so comfortable that I was out within minutes. Not only is it a great Condo but the location was amazingly close to the beach and harbor and there is lots to do. The owners were friendly and responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

First stay in Oceanside

The condo had everything we needed for a restful and enjoyable stay in Oceanside. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards provided by our hosts were perfect for our beach days, and the condo is so close to an amazing beach that it was very convenient to grad additional snacks and drinks when needed. David was easily reached when needed and provided detailed information and instructions. The complex itself was great. We used the gym, the pools, and the high-quality grills. Thank you, David and Lourdes, for sharing your wonderful beach condo with us!

Great stay in Oceanside

Beautiful condo in North Coast Village. Easy and convenient location. We visited San Diego, Encinitas, La Jolla, and explored all of Oceanside. Kids had surfing lessons walking distance from the condo. Building A is much quieter which is great in the evenings, but we used the larger pool and gym near the other buildings. Very easily used Instacart for groceries. Laundry was a bit tricky. It's an app and the laundry room has poor reception, so needed to figure that out and took a while. Would definitely recommend for a family!

Great Stay with a few suggestions

Great stay great location A few suggestions; Let guest know about water detection alarms (one went off in the middle of the night and we had no idea where the shrieking was coming from.) everyone was woke up after a very long day. Owner was responsive I finally found the portable alarm in back of the toilet And had to remove battery’s Wasn’t a great start to our stay -provide more bath towels -fitted sheets for bed mattress’s (perhaps a memory foam or egg crate to soften the mattresses a bit ) The view was beautiful Condo was decorated beautifully Everything was in great shape and well taken care of Nice safe complex

Not a great place to stay.

We had to ask they keep AC thru Global Warming. Table items in front room(sofa table) were glued in place (everyting including tabletop). Had to ask for a working vacuume cleaned (floors were full of hair, carpets too). All in all, will not return to rental or complex, noisy area with cars racing around.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I want to give a thorough review here to make sure than any future family can be aware before deciding to rent from this particular Owner. Our stay was a disaster with a myriad of problems we faced on so many levels. Only to be made worse by being told that “we” were responsible to “pay” for the damages we not only had to endure but didn’t cause or do. Our character was being questioned as a result of our being forthcoming as to damages or other problems we encountered while staying. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience/problems that were placed on our shoulders we were questioned and on “trial” for the damages/problems ourselves! I can’t convey enough how disappointed our family was to have all of these problems on our family trip. When brought to the Owners attention we were only met with no apologies, empathy, or compensation. We were given instead several fines!! Let me paint a picture for you some on the issues we encountered : Upon arrival we had the following issues. -Breaker kept tripping when trying to run both a/c units at a time. We didn’t feel like it was fair to feel like we could only run one at a time making it hard to keep the temperature comfortable for our kids and ourselves. -The screen door wouldn't open -The toilet was not flushing properly and finally clogged from “normal” use of the toilet. When trying to find the plunger, we discovered it was broken in half! (clearly from prior tenants). This didn’t remedy the situation and was very clear

Great unit in a great location

This unit was wonderful. Clean and updated. Great location. The only problem we had was that the washing machine was not usable which was disappointing.
