“Value was fair for the rental. Good size, quiet and close to the locations we needed to go to. To be honest, I think the condo has been lacking in some upkeep and maintenance especially baseboards and door frames. A little paint would go a long way. The carpets are so dirty I couldn't walk around without slippers on. It was a very unwelcoming feeling. It’s not that much carpet to have it shampooed on occasion. Even the throw rugs to cover it up were dirty.”

“Great launch point for our Disneyland trip! Didn’t spend much time at the condo other than to sleep and eat breakfast before walking over to the parks. Host was available for all questions and accommodated baby-related needs. ”

Now the driveway to garage is extremely steep, but parking was no problem. Plenty of lots and or public parking. Everything was wonderful and will choose to stay again!”

My favorite was sitting in the recliner by the huge bay window watching the rowers and little sail boats. Conveniently located to the beach and great food. Very responsive to questions. ”
