“Value was fair for the rental. Good size, quiet and close to the locations we needed to go to. To be honest, I think the condo has been lacking in some upkeep and maintenance especially baseboards and door frames. A little paint would go a long way. The carpets are so dirty I couldn't walk around without slippers on. It was a very unwelcoming feeling. It’s not that much carpet to have it shampooed on occasion. Even the throw rugs to cover it up were dirty.”

“We were well informed on check-in processes, and actually got to check in a little early. The house was clean when we checked in. We had a slight issues, which was prioritized and handled immediately, which made our trip that much better. Overall it was a great experience. ”

My favorite was sitting in the recliner by the huge bay window watching the rowers and little sail boats. Conveniently located to the beach and great food. Very responsive to questions. ”
