“Our room was very clean! The main front desk clerk was great and very helpful when we arrived late evening! My husband and I were here for our anniversary! What drew me to the Lodge and area was the spa and all they had to offer! We enjoyed a couples massage! Would definitely recommend the spa and hope to visit again soon”

“I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.”

“Room was dirty, had one towel in the bathroom. 2 half gallons of curdled milk in the fridge with moldy Mac n cheese. Told staff about it and they said just throw it away. Room smelled like mold, had to go buy air fresheners for it. Never staying again”

“The place is nasty , dusty, I slept in the couch, I woke up with severe skin rashes, I though my unit will have kitchen, no kitchen, when I asked they said their all taken, while you can clearly see vacant units. We have only one chance to order from the restaurant, the restaurant prices are astronomical. The only good thing is the landscape. Never ever go back there again.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. We walked to many different restaurants and stores. I loved that we had a set parking spot, so we never had to worry about parking. We had no problems with our access pin. Loved all the information that was available in our room, so we knew places to eat, shop, and things to do. Loved the air conditioning unit, which kept our room cool on some hot days. Total recommend Crosby Lofts.”

“This is a smoking motel. Also no AC, but heating is great. Water is high in iron so not suitable for drinking.”

“The property is located on a beautiful lake and view sitting on the deck was great. Management accommodated a last minute room request for first floor due to knee injury and that was very much appreciated”
