“This place was great! The only two things I didn’t really care for were how the pillows were so soft. I needed a more firm pillow. The other issue was breakfast. Most of the things that were available that are hot, were overcooked and the little bread pantry that they had was pretty stale. It’s like in a compartment thing but it wasn’t staying fresh at all. I wanted a bagel in the morning and it was rock hard.”

“Within walking distance of downtown Frankenmuth. Wonderful, clean bedrooms. Staff was amazing and so genuinely nice!”

“Filthy rooms, we had two rooms, bathrooms not cleaned, moved three times, found same condition in each. Rude housekeeping staff, carpwts not vacuumed (were the sheets even changed?)discussed with GM she said she has no boss we could talk to, ice tastes of chlorine, ruined our water, my door would not shut right and had a large gap with the frame, no shelf in fridge to put things on, in middle of an unfinished remodel, did not see that posted anywhere, smdry and hard fake eggs for breakfast,……

“Shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty, ice machine didn’t work, fitness room was shut down, pool was over flowing. Then to keep my same room for second night I had To give up some of what I had paid for a bigger room. ”

“Very neglected. Could definitely be cleaner. Very difficult to find the driveway in the dark.”

“The property is centrally located. Nice rooms, very comfortable beds and very good complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend. ”

“The staff here is VERY hospitable and upbeat. Refreshing! The thing I would change (but that's not possible) is the location of the elevator. It's a little off the beaten path and tucked away. Great stay! ”

“We had a great stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. We love staying at Drury properties, especially because with the cocktail hour and breakfast buffet. Those little extras really make the stay feel special. Even though the pool was closed for renovations during our visit, we still really appreciated all the other amenities the hotel offers. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Richard, who was especially great. He greeted us with open arms and was incredibly……
