“Room was lovely, spacious and worked well for our family of 5. The staff are exceptional and the food was varied and offered vegetarians and picky kids plenty to choose from. The less good….the pools are either freezing or way too warm. Our kids were pumped for the water park but we ended up hardly using it because the water was too cold. There’s one heated pool which is so warm it’s like a bath - on warm days the kids were overheating in it. The inside spaces below reception are tired and……

“The PM is a very nice gentleman. He will ask you what you need every time he meets you. He helps me to call a taxi the next day morning. Thank you!”

“Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.”

“Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again. To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). All those guys were great. Reception staff were hit and miss. The luggage handler guys were imposing and……

“Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. ”

“The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!”

“Cet endroit est un chef d'oeuvre de mauvaise construction. Les chambres sont tellement mal isolé que l'on entend tout des chambres voisines. Les avions semblent atterrrir dans notre chambres, les douches tombent en ruine....ect”
