“Upon arrival the home was so welcoming. It was like walking into a friend's home. The location was ideal. It was close to the beach and restaurants. There are some beautiful walks on trails through the cute neighborhood to the beach. If you want to walk into town it is a reasonable walk. We all enjoyed our stay. If you have children, the home is well stocked with toys and games.”

“We’ve stayed many times at this property. It is clean and comfortable and the location can’t be beat. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the owner was quick to respond and offer an acceptable resolution. We will be back.”

“Renting process was way as to be expected. Owner quickly reached out with initial details of our stay and again before checking, with a personal touch that was warm and appreciated. Location was wonderful, a little tucked away from the busy, but still close to stores and activities. House was well stocked, clean and organized. Space was larger than I had expected. “Well we loved the house but i wished you had tv in living room. There was a hair tie in master bedroom, so i assumed maybe they didn’t clean right. I wish you had vacuum and some cleaning supplies around so i could clean lil more, I didn’t like that kids couldn’t sleep downstairs cause it was very cold and even for my dogs, good thing i bought them extra blankets for them, they don’t have much fur. I didn’t take pictures in house cause I expected the house to be more up to date, looked like old……

“This is the perfect home base for a coast getaway. It’s clean, quiet and comfy, and just a quick walk to the beach and the nice trail system at Sitka Sedge. The host is very helpful and responsive. We hope to be back soon!”

“The house is large, clean and has a wonderful kitchen! The views of the ocean are stunning and unobstructed. You cannot walk directly to the beach from the house- it is a good 80 ft above the beach on a steep embankment. Beach access is down the street a few blocks- about a 10 minute walk. It was wonderful, but it wasn’t clear to me the beach front listing is different than beach front access. We would stay here again! Perfect for 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) sharing a house!”

“House is large, plenty of bedrooms, great location in lincoln city, hot tub was great. 7 steps to the beach is not true. Staircase to beach is closer to 20 stairs. If you have little ones or guests with mobility issues you may want to think about it. Home was mostly clean, kitchen had issues. Fridge was dirty and was warm on arrival. Cooled down after about 12 hours. Rental management company was helpful.”

“Very cute place. Pet friendly so some wear and tear. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, no cling wrap or sandwich bags for any leftovers. No dog collection bags ( if I’m paying a dog fee it’s the least I would expect to find in a doggy basket. Two bedrooms with en suites, but one shower didn’t work. Had we been traveling with another couple, it would’ve been a bigger issue. There could’ve been more detailed instructions for tv/dvd and streaming as well other amenities such as a pool or gym. The code……

“This is a perfect spot right on the beach and close to Pelican Brewery and other places to eat and drink. The decks are very nice. The sounds of the ocean was the perfect ambience.”
