"I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but this place was worth noting a few things. I’ve stayed at the Thompson cape in Cabo before and wasn’t sure how this would stack up. It’s not quite as stunning but A+ overall. Property is super new and modern. Room was clean and spacious. We had the balcony “walk up” room that was facing west. I wasn’t sure if walk up meant a first floor “balcony” aka a porch that you can walk up to. Glad it wasn’t. It just means you have to walk up some stairs to get to the room. We had a great balcony overlooking the Main Street and view of the mountains for sunset. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Two pools. One adults only. This place is also dog friendly at no charge which is awesome since we had the dog with us. We got late check out at 1p and were lagging a little. They extended until 2p at no charge. Obviously this is circumstantial and it’s not peak season but still nice. I’ve been at hotels that charge no matter how slow they are. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come back. "
"Everything was done via digital platforms, no physical keys, just a code that I had to use on smart locks around the property. Even though there's no official front desk, the support was quick when I had questions via text that solved my issues. The bed was medium firm, which I appreciated though if you like a fluffy mattress, this wasn't it. Overall, it's clear owners care for this property and everything was clean and functional. I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked good and I saw a pool cleaner in the morning when I was checking out. For those unfamiliar with Palm Springs, this property is far from downtown so not walkable to shops and such. With that said, the value of the room, overall property, and price point is great if you don't mind a 10 min drive south along the main drag to where "everything" is."

"This house was perfect for us, a family of 4 with two kids aged 9 & 11. We found the location excellent, great to explore the neighbourhood on foot, with shopping and downtown a very short drive. The house was an ideal place to return for some pool time in the heat of the day, after a hike in the morning and an adventure in the evening. The host and concierge were both super-friendly and welcoming and made the visit even more special. "

"I enjoyed a girls' weekend with my teenage daughter and her best friend, and had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience at this property. It was clean, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor, and absolutely everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen, games, fluffy towels, and more. And Ryan was a super communicative host, to top it all off! We will be staying here again."
" The house was very clean, cozy & comfortable! The best part is that it’s pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. The only thing I would say could have been better was how long the house took to cool down. It was a little on the warm side the 1st day/night, but by the next morning, it was perfect. The pool was just right for cooling off after laying out. Plenty of pool floaties for everyone too. Very cozy outside space. I loved that there were plenty of games to play. The pool table was in tight quarters, but the short pool sticks helped. The kitchen had all your basic needs, we did need a few things that the kitchen didn’t have, like a potato masher, but I found a hand mixer which did the job, so crisis averted. Nice and close to downtown, grocery stores and the Agua Caliente Casino. All in all we had a nice, relaxing stay. Very happy that we had garage parking. We will definitely keep this listing handy for our next Palm Springs trip. "

"Fantastic property with all the amenities you could need and more. Great house high on fashion and quality! Outdoor details are immaculate and the interior has great touches. Close to anything you need in Palm Springs and an easy drive to Joshua Tree. Quiet neighbourhood- fantastic support once in the house. Sun and shade available outside. Outdoor pool table, putting green, BBQ and fire pit. Will definitely return and our favourite rental property by far to date. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!! "
