"Dune Hotel has a cute Palm Springs look and some potential, but unfortunately our stay did not live up to expectations. The overall vibe is stylish, and the location is convenient, but the experience felt more frustrating than relaxing. For the price, we expected a more polished and comfortable stay. The property felt like it needed more attention to detail, and the service did not feel especially warm or attentive. Basic parts of the stay felt disorganized, and instead of feeling taken care of, we often felt like we were just managing around the hotel’s shortcomings. Palm Springs has so many beautiful boutique hotels, so it was disappointing that this one did not feel more special. The design and atmosphere are there, but the hospitality and overall guest experience need improvement. It was not a completely terrible stay, which is why I would not give it one star, but I also would not rush back or recommend it over the many other better options in Palm Springs."

"The location was great for our needs, so close to many unique neighborhoods.The unit itself is tired-the primary toilet did not always flush, hot water control was inconsistent, the kitchen cabinets were sticky, the hot tub was fine but there were no instructions for the heater, pool furniture was broken, mold in the shower area etc. For the price I expected better."

"I loved this hotel and for the price it was a steal. We booked this place last minute because we had a scare at a different place and this was a score. It’s clean, there’s two pools, the staff is so nice, what more could you want."
