“I checked in and checked out within a couple of hours. The room was unsanitary. The walls and baseboards were covered in filth. The tub was full of mold and mildew. I requested a refund because the room was unlivable and my children were coughing and couldn't breathe from the mold and leftover smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The woman said they would have housekeeping check the room in the morning and as long as the towels and stuff were not used they would refund me. The next……
