I know it’s not a staff control but my only uncomfortable experience was that the internet keep going in and out. Other then that I was a wonderful experience.

Checked in early at 10am which was great - received a call from the front desk at 1:30AM asking us if we were planning on checking in??? We had known the rooftop terrace was undergoing a refresh, but we were not told the elevator was going to be out of service and we would have to use the service elevator. We had some rain during our stay which resulted in a leak from the window causing the carpet to be drenched and the bathroom door warped & unable to be closed or open. The hotel is in a great location and is very pretty but needs so updating & repairs.
