“Coldest, darkest rooms. Most comfortable beds, you will sleep so late! The staff is unbelievably friendly, always my favorite place to stay”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. ”

My family and I were rite on bourbon street with a view of it as well from my room and a 10 min walk @ best to places we wanted to see.The staff was pretty good especially ALEX she was AMAZING friendly,helpful,welcoming!!! We arrived @ the hotel around 6:45a & she made sure we were accomadated by getting us into our rooms!!!The breakfast was good and reasonably priced.Housekeeping came daily without being requested!!Most hotels you have to request your……
