“Great staff very accommodating food was great as well”

“My family & I stayed during enshrinement week one of the biggest nights in town. Parking was on site, the mattresses were comfortable, ice machine worked great. On the down side our rooms carpet dirty and the ceiling had a spot of damage. They clean rooms every other day. No clean towels in the morning. Breakfast was terrible. The chicken and gravy was all over the outside of crockpot. Pastry was out dated dry starting to mold. Scrambled eggs came from bagged dehydrated very watery not fresh……

“Stayed for two nights. Towels were changed out but sheets were not changed, sink area not cleaned, empty Kleenex box not changed. Road noise from nearby highway was terrible. Will not stay here again nor would I recommend.”

“We stayed for a family wedding- my experience was great and Amy was very helpful. Other guest had their rooms cancelled at the last minute and the general manager was not friendly or helpful. At the last minute things were resolved but very stressful for others staying.”

“The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. The furnishings, however, need an update. The regular rooms did not include a microwave. The TV had to be unplugged to turn it off. The shower supplies needed replenishment, water pressure was lacking, and regulating the water temp difficult. We were expecting better from Fairfield.”

“Everything was ok. I had two rooms. We we got there, the computer system was down. We didn’t have room keys for the first three or four hours. Staff had to let us in our rooms.”
