“I stayed in the Chatsworth Ensuite room while away on business and it was such a refreshing change from a tired, soulless room in a hotel chain. The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub. Homely touches like candles and real milk for a coffee means I hope this room will be available next time I travel. Clear instructions are provided ahead of your arrival for a seamless check in. “Gorgeous cottage, clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of places around to visit and lots of lovely restaurants. Bakewell is a lovely town, lots of shops and eateries. Highly recommend Chatsworth house, the gardens are amazing. Had gorgeous meals at the Derbyshire arms, just a short walk from cottage and the Chakra lounge, a beautiful vegan/vegetarian Indian with gluten free options in Bakewell. ”

“We came to Matlock with the kids and grandkids from Canada, to show them their roots! The house was just perfect. A perfect spot for family and friends to visit, and we were within walking distance of shops, pubs, and a park. Daniel was very quick to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing time, and it was hard to leave!”

“the Cottage is well equipped. Everything is there to make a stay enjoyable. Nice bathroom, nice shower and enough towelswhaley Bridge is a great base to explore the Peak District. There are a few nice pubs and a few good restaurants and lots of good takeaway. Also a very good sandwich shop and a wine shop. There is a large Tesco nearby for groceries.We will definitely be back.”

“Spacious rooms with cooking facilities, nice decor and good security surroundings. However, there is another guest from other flat taking his stinky cigarette and speak loudly via phone. Overall we highly recommend this apartment to family or large group of travelers.”
