From the moment we were greeted by our host at the parking garage (who later also assisted with our luggage), to the moment we said goodbye, the customer service and communication was excellent. “This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20……
